If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery in line with Irish and EU consumer law.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• You must contact us within 14 days to request a return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened drinks.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you’re entitled to a replacement or full refund. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos: info@electrowavedrinks.com

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method Return

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
